Beaver Hill Village was founded in the early 1960s by Irene and Ellis Sprouse. The park started as small family business and has continued to grow through generations of Sprouses. Beaver Hill Village has been providing high-quality manufactured and mobile homes to families across the country for over 65 years.

We are currently developing a five-year plan to expand the community to incorporate a park, walking trails, gazebo overlooking the lake and grilling/picnic area.
